摘要 通过对动镜倾斜时迈克尔逊干涉仪系统模型的理论分析,建立了干涉仪动镜与定镜的非准直状态下干涉光强分布的二维数学模型,得出干涉函数,进而得知动镜与定镜相对倾斜对干涉图的影响.从调制度和相位误差两方面对因动镜倾斜造成的准直误差进行了理论分析,得到各值最大误差容限的计算方法.最后提出实际定镜动态准直校正系统的参考激光干涉和定镜姿态控制系统的实现方案,并推导出动镜和定镜相对倾斜角度的理论计算方法. The model of Michelson interference system with moving mirror tilted was analyzed. A two dimensional math model was built on the intensity distribution of interference plane and the function of the interferograph was established. The effects of moving mirror misalignment on Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) system were evaluated according to the function. The alignment error caused by moving mirror was discussed theoretically, from the angle of modulation depth, phase error, and frequency noise. The scheme of practically realizing a dynamic alignment system based on fixed mirror was put forward, including laser interference system and position regulation system for fixed mirror. The calculation of the misalignment angle between moving mirror and fixed mirror was figured out.
