Problems and Challenges of Web Information Preservation

网络信息作为人类文化遗产的重要组成部分,其长期保存具有重要意义,得到全社会的广泛认可。但由于网络信息的特点使得其长期保存面临着一系列的问题和挑战,如技术问题、法律问题、经济问题和责任主体的问题等,本文对这些问题进行梳理,并结合国外的实践经验提出相应的对策。

As an important component of mankind cultural heritage, the web information and its preservation is very significant, which is recognized by the whole society. However, the characteristics of web information lead to series of problems and challenges for preservation, such as technical issues, legal issues, economic issues and responsibilities. The paper analyzes these problems and challenges, then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
