构建中华古籍层级保护体系的设想——从古籍价值属性创新古籍保护思路

Assumption on Construction of a Multi-layered Preservation System for Chinese Ancient Books

在总结分析中国古籍保护历史与现状的基础上,主张从古籍三种基本价值属性出发,有意识地构建中华古籍层级保护体系:在文物价值层面,对古籍实体实施文物级别的原生性保护;在学术价值层面,对古籍内容实施再生性保护;在艺术价值层面,对古籍版刻工艺、修复技术、鉴赏方法等实施非物质文化遗产保护。并提出了创建"国家古籍文物馆"和"国家古籍版本数据中心"等具体设想。

Based on the analysis of the history and current situation of preservation of Chinese ancient books, the paper advocates establishing a multi -layered system to preserve ancient books from its three basic value attributions. On the first layer of cultural - relics value, we should put original preservation on physical books. On the second layer of academic value, renewable preservation is necessary for the contents of ancient books. On the third layer of artistic value, intangible cultural heritage preservation is necessary for the technologies of the block printing, restoring and distinguishing. Furthermore the author puts forward the assumption on establishing national museum of ancient books and national data center of ancient book versions.
