摘要
通过静态吸附与解吸试验,从5种树脂筛选出D-3520树脂作为纯化油茶籽多酚的吸附树脂,并对其动态吸附与解吸性能进行考察。结果表明:最佳的动态吸附条件为pH值4.0,上样量为4倍树脂床体积,动态流速4BV/h。最佳的动态解吸条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,乙醇用量1.5倍树脂床体积。
Through the static adsorption and desorption experiments, D - 3520 resin was selected from 5 kinds of macroporous resins as a suitable material to purify the camellia oliefera seeds polyhenols. And studied the dynamic properties of adsorption and desorption of the resin. The results shows that the best conditions for the dynamic adsorption were as follows: pH 4.0,4 times (BV) and the flow rate 4 B V / h. The best conditions of the desorption are 1. 5 times (BV) of 60% alcohol as eluant.
