蔬菜脱水试验台加热系统设计

摘要 针对直接用现有设备做试验比较麻烦等问题,设计一干燥能力为1.4kg/h(干菜)的小型蔬菜脱水试验台。该试验台的远红外辐射加热装置采用定向辐射器,整个加热系统的单位热耗为3.59×103kJ/kg(H2O),热效率达71.89%;供、引风管均采用变径设计方案,保证了各层干燥箱对热量和风量的不同需求;采用并流引风和组合加热技术方案,试验过程中稍做调整,即可实现热风加热、远红外辐射加热和组合加热3种加热方式,可降低试验成本,为该设备的进一步研究及其产业化奠定良好基础。 The available far infrared vegetables dehydrator have many problems when directly used for the test; and meet with various of obstacles to do tests. A small vegetables dehydrator test bench was designed to solve these troublesome matters which have capacity for drying vegetable 1.4 kg/h. The far-infrared radiation heating devices used directional radiation and the unit heat consumption of far-infrared radiation heating system for test-bench is 3.59×10^3 kJ/kg( H2O), its calorific efficiency to arrive at 71.89% ; The supplying and leading air tube are usd charting sections design, so it can ensure the different needs of heat and wind for the drying box's various floors; Parallel-flow leading wind deisgn and combination heating are used; A little adjustment in the testing process, it can to come true three heating ways that hot wind heating and far-infrared radiation heating and combination heating, it can readucd test costs, the equipment for the further industrialization of research amt laid a good foundation.
