摘要 综述基因工程技术在改造纤维素酶方面的迅猛发展:DNA重组技术、基因异源表达广泛用于纤维素酶的生产;全转录机制工程技术gTME为在转录组水平上改造发酵工程菌提供了新的技术路径。 Reviewed the rapid progress of genetic engineering in the reconstruction of cellulase. The technologies of DNA recombination and heterugenous gene expression have been widely used in the production of cellulase. Global Transcription Machinery Engineering (gTME) provides a new technical route to reconstruct fermenting strain on transeriptome level.
