摘要
针对制氧离心空气压缩机叶轮运行中易粘结造成失衡现象,介绍了MSPS30-H05型叶轮在线水清洗系统在DH63-14型空气压缩机上的应用情况,为解决制氧离心压缩机由于叶轮粘结造成不平衡而引起振动的故障提供借鉴。
According to the unbalanced phenomenon due to the bonding in the operating of impeller of oxygen making centrifugal air-compressor, this paper has introduced the application of on-line water cleaning system for MSPS30-H05 type impeller in DH63-14 air-compressor, which provides the reference for solving the problem of vibration due to impeller bonding in oxygen making centrifugal compressor.
