摘要
作为数控车削自动编程系统中的一项重要功能,刀具轨迹规划与生成算法的研究对于数控车削自动编程系统的实现具有重要意义。结合企业实际需求,通过分析DXF的文件结构,利用Visual C++6.0提取出车削零件轮廓信息,以数控车削加工刀具轨迹规划与生成算法为研究对象,利用车削零件结构为回转体的特殊性,将零件轮廓细分为内轮廓和外轮廓,分别针对车圆柱面、车端面和切槽研究和实现车削加工刀具轨迹规划和生成算法,生成对应车削零件的车削刀具轨迹。应用实例表明所提出的算法效果良好。
As an important function of the NC turning machining auto programming system, research on algorithm of NC turning machining tool path planning and generation has important significance to the realization of the NC turning machining auto programming system. The paper exacts outline information of turning part by analyzing the structure feature of DXF files and using Visual C + + 6.0 according to the actual enterprise requirements. The part profile is divided into inside profile and outside profile by analyzing comprehensively the characteristics of the turning parts and utilizing the revolving structure of the turning parts. The algorithms of NC turning machining tool path planning and generation are studied and realized respectively for the cylinder turning machining, the end face turning machining and groove machining. A practical examples show that the proposed algorithms are satisfying.
