摘要
论文介绍了发动机和变速箱装配线的技术组成及发动机和变速箱装配线的制造目标。简述了实现发动机和变速箱装配线制造目标的关键技术:机器人技术、桁架机械手技术、防错技术等。最后给出了汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术的发展趋势,对汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配设备的研发有重要参考价值。
This paper introduces the components of automobile engine and gearbox assembly technology and the the purpose of setting up automobile engine and gearbox assembly line. It presents the key technology, including robot technology, truss manipulator technology, error-proofing technology and etc, to archive the pur- pose of building automobile engine and gearbox assembly line. At last, the development trends of automobile engine and gearbox assembly line are prospected. Must have reference of automobile engine and geardbox assembly line automation eanipment R&D.
