摘要
通过对缸体三轴孔镗床的加工布局的分析,确定了桁架机械手输送的方案,即桁手输送缸体的输送程序,输送方法和桁架机械手的结构;实现了桁架机械手在专机输送上的应用,达到了快速,柔性输送缸体的目的,提高了机床的性能、可靠性、和自动化程度;从根本上解决了困扰三轴镗机床多年的生产节拍长的难题。
Through the analysis on machining layout of cylinder block 3-shaft boring machine, set the plan to use gantry robot for material transfer, i.e. transfer sequence, transfer method and structure of gantry robot so as to realize the use of gantry robot in material transfer of special purpose machine, achieve the aim of quick and flexible cylinder block transfer, improve the performance, reliability and automation level of the machine, as well as completely solve the problem of long cycle time of 3-shaft boring machine which has troubled people for years.
