摘要
我国旅游高等教育课程体系的编制本质上以学问为中心,是以知识理论的相互联系为指导构建起一套知识相关性强、理论联系紧密的系列课程;瑞士旅游高等教育课程体系编制体现人本主义,课程设置更多地关注学习者个人职业需要和自我发展.课程紧紧围绕学习者的实践经验和实践需求。借鉴后者经验,我国旅游高等教育课程体系要结合专业调整课程编制中心,结合国内行业需要调整培养目标,增加实践课时,增设个人职业发展类课程,将传统以讲授为主的课程实施方式转变为方法多样的课程实施方式。
the essence of curriculum system compilation of tourism higher education in China is taking knowledge as the center, which build a series of courses of pertinent knowledge and theory connecting with practice guided by inter-linkage of knowledge theory;the compilation of curriculum system of Switzerland tourism higher education reflects humanism, its curriculum setup pay more attention to individual career needs and self-development, and its courses closely focus on learner's practical experience and practical needs.Referring its experiences, curriculum system of tourism higher education in China should adjust curriculum development center according to specialty, adjust training objectives combined with domestic industrial demand, increase the hours of practice, introducing new personal career development courses and transform traditional teaching way.
