摘要
随着我国农资市场逐渐开放,国外农资企业迅速进入中国市场发展,在这个农业大国里,国外农资企业紧密结合中国本土文化,进一步实施客户关系管理,逐步提高了中国客户的满意度和忠诚度,以及企业形象和用户的认知度,市场竞争力也大大提高。这不仅使我国农资企业看到了客户关系管理的效果,更给我国农资企业实施客户关系管理提供了值得借鉴和学习的宝贵经验。
With the gradual opening up of China' s agricultural market, foreign agricultural enterprises rapid entering the Chinese market, this large agricultural country, where the foreign agricultural enterprises connecting with the Chinese local culture and implementing customer relationship management, increased the Chinese customer satisfaction and loyalty. Not only can Chinese agricultural enterprises see the effect of customer rela- tionship management, but also in our country, agricultural enterprises can study valuable experience of customer relationship management.
