摘要
本文分析了第四次工资改革的主要内容,同时与改革前工资政策进行对比,根据工资改革具体操作办法和主要特点,归纳了各事业单位普遍存在的问题,指出事业单位工作人员的发展目标和发展方向,并有针对性的提出具体措施。
This paper analyzes the fourth major reform of the wage, at the same time contrast with the pre -reform wage policies, in accordance with the specific methods and operation of the main features of the wage's reform, summed up the prevailing institutions, pointed out the staff's development goals of the institutions for the future, and recommended some related measures.
