摘要
房地产业是否能够健康稳定的发展,对于一个国家的金融及社会稳定意义重大。通过对中国和澳大利亚在外资房地产收购方面的法律制度的探寻,从对外资房地产收购监管的背景、目的、限制标准和外汇管制等四个方面比较了两国法律法规的不同,以期利于我国外商投资法及相关立法的完善。
The sustained and rapid development of the real estate industry is of great significance for the financial and social stability of a nation. The thesis demonstrates the legal supervision of foreign capitals'purchasing real estate in China and Australia. A comparative study on the four parts: backgrounds, legal aims, restrictions and foreign exchange control to perfect legislation of foreign investments of our own country.
