Progress in Immunotherapy of NK Cells for Human Cancer

摘要 NK细胞作为抗体依赖细胞毒作用的效应器,在抗肿瘤免疫中发挥着重要作用,成为目前肿瘤免疫治疗的研究热点。本文就NK细胞抗肿瘤免疫治疗的策略,治疗的关键性问题、及与其他方法联合治疗等的研究现状进行综述。 NK cells, as the effectors in antibody-dependent cell- mediated cytotoxicity, play important roles in anti-tumor immune response. They now have become the hot point in the study on tumor immunotherapy. This paper has summarized the present research situation on the strategies for NK-cell therapy, the crucial issues for NK-cell-based therapy and the combinatorial therapies for human caner.
