摘要
我国旅行社与饭店企业的低薪现状引致一系列严重的危害,效率工资制是根治这些危害的有效方法之一,惜未引起学界与业界应有的重视,遍检学术论著,迄今尚无一专文、专著论及我国旅游企业效率工资问题。可以借鉴西方效率工资理论,系统探讨我国旅行社与饭店企业发展的问题与出路。
Our country Travel agency and the hotel enterprise's low salary have brought about a series of serious harms. The efficiency wage system is an effective method which cures these harms. It is a pity to not bring to the attention of the educational world and the field. With the combination of the Western theory of efficiency wage, this article studied the problems in travel agencies and hotels in China.
