摘要
结合目前有关道德教育的理论和实践研究,文中把任职教育背景下职业道德教育的内容从三个维度进行划分。从层次上看,包括职业道德理想、原则和规则三个方面;从结构上看,包括职业道德认知、情感和行为三个方面;从责任对象上看,包括对组织、对他人、对专业、对自我的道德四个方面。
In association with the current theory and practice of the ethics education, the professional ethics education in the post oriented education is analyzed from three dimensions, which are levels, structures and subjective of responsibility.
