摘要
组织和成员之间除规章制度明确的正式关系外,还存在心理上的期望和认知,并通过成员的主观判断影响其对组织的情感投入,进而影响管理效果。任职教育管理应跳出传统"行为"管理的桎梏,从心理契约角度切入,从强化学员与院校的心理纽带出发,提高管理效果。
In addition to the clearly stated rules and regulations, there are mutual psychological expectations and cognition in the correlation of the staff and the organization, which furthermore interfere with the emotional investment and the effectiveness of management. Education management office should break through the shackles of "behavior management" and strengthen the psychological ties between the students and the college in terms of the psychological contract, so as to enhance the effectiveness of management.
