摘要
目的:总结我院急诊冠状动脉旁路移植术(E-CABG)病例的治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2004年11月至2007年1月在我院进行的22例E-CABG术病例,3例仅有前降支病变的患者采用off-pump CABG术,其余19例采用on-pump CABG术,心肌保护方式采用顺灌结合经冠状静脉逆灌心肌保护方式,统计围手术期临床资料,并与同期择期手术组对照。结果:急诊手术组1例急性透壁性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔患者术后2d死于顽固性低心排出量综合征,严重并发症6例,择期手术组仅有2例严重并发症。结论:急诊冠状动脉搭桥术可以有效提高危重冠心病患者的生存率。
Objective：Introduce our experience of emergency coronary bypass grafting （E-CABG）. Method： From November 2004 to January 2007 22 cases of E-CABG were performed in our hospital. The clinical data were compared with that of selected CABG group. Result：There is no signifieient difference between these two groups in motality. While severe complications happened more in E-CABG group. Conclusion： E-CABG can reduce the mobility of the patients with high-risk coronary artery diseases.
