摘要
目的:快速提取及测定保济丸中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚。方法:用ASE300型快速溶剂萃取系统进行快速萃取保济丸中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚,利用反相高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。使用DiamonsilTMC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(79∶21∶0.25),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:294nm,柱温:23℃。结果:厚朴酚及和厚朴酚进样浓度均在6.25~400μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.50%和99.91%。结论:本方法简便、准确,专属性强,能有效地控制保济丸的质量。
Objective:To establish and improve a method for the quickly extraction and determination of magnolol and honokiol in Baoji pills.Methods:Magnolol and honokiol were quickly extracted on ASE300 system.Magnolol and honokiol were separated on DiamonsilTMC18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)and detected at 294 nm,using methanol-water-acetic acid glacial(79∶21∶0.25)as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:The standard curves for magnolol and honokiol were linear in the range of 6.25-400 μg·mL-1.The average recoveries(n=6)of magnolol and honokiol were 99.50% and 99.91%.Conclusions:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
