摘要
GC-FTIR作为一种具有潜力的应用技术,目前已经在石油、考古、地质等领域应用,且在药物分析领域的应用也日益增多。本文综述了GC-FTIR技术的发展及其在药物分析领域中的应用。每种化合物都具有唯一的红外光谱图,GC-FTIR联用技术在复杂体系化合物定性方面能够提供每一化合物的完整结构信息,能够较好的区分异构体,因此是GC-MS的重要辅助手段。
GC-FTIR,as a potential technique has been used in the areas of petroleum products,archaeology and organic geochemistry,and now more and more applications were reported in pharmaceutical analysis.This paper reviewed the advances in GC-FTIR technique and its applications in pharmaceutical analysis.As each compound has an unique infrared spectrum,GC-FTIR technique can provide the intact structural information for each compound in identification of unknown components in complex mixture,especially in identification of isomeric compound,so it is an important complementary technique of GC-MS.
