Urgent Need to Promote the Professional Ability of Grass-roots Inspectors of Drug

目的客观认真地分析基层药品稽查队伍的状况和存在的不足。方法在系统内组织稽查人员开展了一场别开生面的行政执法办案比武活动。通过实际操作和现场观摩,一方面展示出基层执法人员具有一定的执法水平和工作能力,也使执法人员对法律法规的认识、理解和运用得到实实在在的提高。结果与结论必须及时采取相应的措施提升基层稽查人员的业务水平。

Objective This thesis; objectively analyzed the current situation of medicine inspectors at grass-roots units and their problems and the existing problems. Methods To organize a unique contest handling cases of administrative law enforcement activities for inspectors in the system. Through the actual operation and on-site observation, on the one hand it is demonstrated that the grass-roots law enforcement officers have a certain level of law enforcement and the ability to work, but also it is able to enhance on the understanding, regulations and use of laws for law enforcement officers. Results and Conclusions The author holds that some appropriate measures should be taken immediately to promote the professional ability of the grassroots inspectiors.
