HPLC法测定复方栀子喷雾剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量

Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Fufang Zhizi Spray by HPLC

目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方栀子喷雾剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量的方法。方法采用waters C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液-三乙胺(2∶98∶0.03),检测波长为220nm。结果苦参碱和氧化苦参碱分别在0.1107～0.6642μg和0.2302～1.3812μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为:102.28%和98.76%,RSD分别为:2.06%和1.60%。结论本法分析方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective To determine the content of matrine and oxymatrine in Fufang Zhizi Spray. Methods A HPLC method was established. Using waters C18 column, acetonitrile-0. 2%phosphoric acidtriethylamine （2 ： 98 ： 0.03） as mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1, 220nm as detection wavelength. Results The linear range of matrine and oxymatrine were 0. 1107-0. 6642μg and 0. 2302- 1. 3812μg; the recovery of this method were 102.28% （RSD=2.06%） and 98. 76% （RSD= 1.60%）, respectively. Conclusions The method is convenient and accurate. It can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
