摘要
对制管企业在研制高钢级管线钢管过程中诸如组织领导、试验统一、取样部位、试验设备准备、试验结果评判等问题,分别进行了分析与讨论,并提出了一些较有共识和建议性的见解。这些见解对制管企业进行高钢级管线钢管的研制有一定的指导意义。
This article separately analyzed and discussed leadership structure, test, sampling position, preparing test equipment,judging test results and other problems during research and development high grade steel pipes in pipes maker,and put forward some propositional opinion. This will provide certain reference with research and development high grade pipeline steel pipes in pipes maker.
