摘要 西气东输二线工程采用X80级钢材,屈服强度在550 MPa以上。为了实现钢管埋弧焊缝的高强度高韧性匹配,研究开发了X80钢专用H80焊丝,该焊丝匹配BG-SJ101H1焊剂,熔敷金属屈服强度625MPa,抗拉强度660MPa,-40℃冲击功102 J,具有较好的强韧性;在X80级厚壁管线钢焊接速度为1.7 m/min时,焊接接头的抗拉强度达670MPa以上,-20℃冲击功平均值178 J;焊缝的弯曲、硬度等试验结果均达到API SPEC 5L及西气东输二线X80级钢管标准要求。 X80 grade steel was used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, and its yield strength was above 550 MPa. In order to realize high strength and high toughness in weld of SSAW pipe, H80 welding wire matched with X80 grade steel was developed. This kind of welding wire matched with BG - SJI01 H1 welding flux, its fusion yield strength was 625 MPa,Tensile strength was 660 MPa, impact energy was 102 J ( at -40 ℃ ) , and with better tough- ness. Tensile strength of welding jointer achieved above 670 MPa, average impact energy 178 J (at -20 ℃) under X80 heavy thickness pipeline steel with welding speed at 1.7 m/min. The test results of weld bend and hardness had arrived the requirements of API SPEC 5L standard and the specification of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project for X80 grade steel pipe.
