摘要 CO2对井下、地面设备及管道会产生不同程度的腐蚀,造成经济损失和环境污染。介绍了CO2的腐蚀机理及腐蚀速率的影响因素,包括CO2分压、温度、pH值、腐蚀膜特性、流速、合金情况等,分析评价了CO2腐蚀的防护措施及其特点,包括阴极保护、使用耐蚀合金钢管材、使用涂镀层油管、注入缓蚀剂等,同时介绍了根据r值来确定CO2腐蚀防护措施的方法。 CO2 produces corrosion to the down-hole and surface equipments as well as pipelines, causing economy loss and environmental pollution. In this paper, the corrosion mechanism and the main factors which influence the corrosion rate are introduced, including the environmental factors, physical factors and material factors. The characters of all kinds of conventional technologies of anti-CO2 corrosion are analyzed,including negative pole protection,using corrosion resisting metalalloy, using the cover oil pipe, injecting corrosion inhibitor. Prevention method which is determined by the r is also introduced.
