油气输送管道用大直径双层埋弧焊管 被引量:1

摘要 随着油气管道输送量和压力的不断升高,钢管管径和壁厚不断增大,管线钢材料的钢级和韧性不断提高,传统单层埋弧焊管的制造难度和成本不断加大。受双金属复合管结构和多层超高压容器的启示,设计了一种大直径双层埋弧焊管,拟从结构上提高钢管的承压能力,从而提高管道的输送能力。分析表明,双层埋弧焊管作为一种新型的管道钢管有许多结构特点,但是要在油气管道中应用还有诸多技术问题需要解决。 With demanding quantity and pressure increase of gas and oil transmitting pipeline, pipe diameter, wall-thickness and material toughness in pipeline steel were enhanced, the production difficulty and cost of traditional single layer SAW production were added. Learning from double metal complex structure and multilayer over high-pressure container, double layer SAW with large diameter was designed, this will enhance pipe holding pressure capacity, so it can improve pipe transmission capacity. The analysis results showed double layer SAW pipe as a new kind of pipeline steel pipe has many characteristics, but many technology problems need to be solved in gas and oil pipeline application.
