摘要
介绍了直缝埋弧焊管生产中内外焊焊缝跟踪设备和方法,分析了当前焊管生产线焊缝跟踪方法的优缺点,给出了内外焊跟踪系统使用中需重点注意的问题。结合大量生产数据的统计结果,分析了直缝埋弧焊管生产中产生焊偏现象的原因,提出了有针对性的解决措施。实际使用结果表明,给出的控制措施能有效降低焊偏量,提高直缝埋弧焊管的焊接质量。
This article introduced weld tracking equipment and method for internal & external welding in LSAW pipe production, analyzed merit and demerit of weld tracking method used in current production line, and pointed out cautions occurred in internal & external welding tracking system. Comparing with a mass of production data, it analyzed misalignment reason in LSAW pipe production, put forward corresponding solution measures. Practice showed that these measures can effectively reduce welding misalignment, and enhance LSAW pipe welding quality.
