转基因鲤鱼作为食物的研究

Research on Transgenic Fish as Food

报道了以转生长激素基因鲤鱼作为食物，用猫做实验动物的实验结果。两次重复实验，每次实验时间为三个月，实验结束后，对实验猫和对照猫进行解剖学比较、血液生理学的指标的测定和细胞化学检测分析等。实验表明，用转生长激素基因鲤鱼作为食物，食用它的动物的生理学和血液学指标与对照组动物没有显著差别。

This paper reports the results of the experiments on feeding the transgenic common carp which carry salmon growth hormone genes to cats. Seventeen haematological parameters of the experimental cats and controls were tested and some cytochemical analyses(glycogen, peroxide enzyme, acidity and basicity phosphatase dyeing) for them were performed and no significant differences were found.
