摘要
用泥浆-凝胶工艺对HTR-10球形燃料元件基体石墨进行了抗氧化保护研究,并对该工艺制备的样品进行了氧化实验和热循环实验,氧化实验说明制备的SiSiC涂层是致密无裂纹的,因而具有较好的抗氧化能力。热循环实验显示在1400℃下氧化200小时(20个热循环)样品完好无损,说明样品具有非常好的抗氧化能力和抗热冲击能力。
The oxidation resistant coating for HTR 10′s fuel elements was prepared by slip gelation process. Oxidation behavior of three kinds of sampleshas been tested. It shows that dense SiSiC coating is crack free and has very good oxidation resistance and thermal cycling resistance. Samples with dense SiSiC coating are totally intact after oxidizing 200 hours at 1400℃ for 20 thermal cycles.
