二维和三维空间下各向同性纳米永磁晶粒的剩磁增强效应 被引量:2

摘要 纳米永磁晶粒之间的交换耦合相互作用导致在晶界处形成一种类磁畴壁结构的过渡区域.最简单的类磁畴结构——线性磁矩分布,可以给出一维、二维和三维空间中过渡区的宽度、剩磁的解析公式,并很好地解释在各向同性纳米永磁体中观察到的剩磁增强效应,结果与实验值相当吻合. :A transition region of domain-wall like structure forms in the crystalline grain boundary due to the exchange interaction between neighboring grains. The simplest magnetic domain like structnre--linear distribution of magnetic moment, can put forward the analytical formulas to calculate the width and remanence of the transition region in ^1 D (one-dimensional) , ^2D and ^3D spaces, which can explain remanence enhancement effects observed in such materials. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
