摘要 首先介绍了国内外核电消防标准的现状以及建设途径,结合我国核电发展的技术路线以及现行消防标准存在的问题,提出了建设中国特色的核电消防标准的必要性和可行性。其次,根据我国的具体情况,提出了中国特色核电消防标准建设的基本模式——"引进加改进"。最后,针对多样化的核电堆型、人机工程学因素、降低污染、避免牵连事故和火灾的人因难题,提出了相应的建设措施。 The current situations and building way of fire- protection standard for nuclear plant in foreign countries are introduced. Considering the developing technical route of Chinese nuclear plant and problems in the current fire-protection standard, the necessity and feasibility of building fire-protection standard for Chinese nuclear plant are pointed out. Based on the specific circumstances in China, issues that how to build fire-protection standard for nuclear plant with Chinese characteristics, and the basic mode of import of foreign talents and improvement are discussed. Aiming at the diversified nuclear plant types, dements of ergonomics, decreasing pollution, and avoiding involved accidents and fire hazards, the corresponding construction measures are suggested.
