摘要
本文介绍了在已成功实施的办公自动化系统(OA)技术平台上,为满足其他业务需求,利用OA系统先进的工作流、文档数据库等技术特点和优势实现对技术文档周转管理的自动化审批、流转及归档等功能,扩大了办公自动化系统的应用范围。
This paper introduces with using advanced workflow and document database based on Office Automation System, the automation approval, turnover and filing of technical documents has been realized to meet the other requirements. This method will enlarge the application range of Office Automation System.
