摘要
清代广州园林与茶(酒)楼的发展融合,将古典园林带入公共视野,突破了仅为公候将相、文人墨客所享用的旧模式,丰富了茶(酒)楼文化的艺术内涵。通过对清代广州城市地理空间、人口变迁、消费风尚等相关背景的研究,梳理清代广州园林与茶(酒)楼结合的模式与类型,发掘二者发展融合的内外在原因。
The development and integration of Guangzhou landscaped garden and teahouse (restaurant) brought classical garden into the field of public vision during the Qing dynasty. Breaking through the old pattern, which only served for enjoyment of literati and nobility, it enriched the artistic connotation of teahouse (restaurant) culture. By study of the geographical space, change of population and consumption fad in Ouangzhou City of the Qing dynasty, this paper summarizes the pattern and type of the integration and seeks out its internal and external causes.
