摘要
本文就国家标准GB／T2260在实际使用中存在的问题进行了讨论，论述了把“行政区划代码”改为“地域（或地理位置）代码”的必要性，并就国家标准的修订提出了具体建议。
The article talks about the problems of GB/T 2260 existed in practice, and discusses the necessity of administrative units codes changed into regions codes, as well as puts forward its own views for therevision of national standards.
