摘要
以广州珠江新城核心区地下空间建筑消防设计为例,就大型地下空间建筑消防设计中防火区间及分区划分原则、安全疏散口设置与地面景观处理的原则、不同功能防火分区面积指标取值、不同使用功能中疏散宽度取值等有关建筑消防设计问题进行探讨,并通过对工程设计实践的总结,就类似地下建筑开发与应用中消防设计应注意的问题进行解析。
Taking the architectural fire control design for the underground space of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town Core Area as example, this paper makes an exploration on architectural fire control in terms of the principle of fire division for large underground space; the principle of setting up evacuation exit and treatment of landscape on the ground; the area target value setting for different functional fire division as well as the width value setting for different functional evacuation walk, etc. By summarizing this project practice, it makes analysis of some problems around fire control, which should be noticed in similar development and practice of underground building.
