摘要
本研究采用自我妨碍量表和自尊量表对西安三所高职院校的588名大学生进行测试．运用SPSS11．5对数据进行分析发现：高职生自我妨碍和自尊之间存在高度相关，而且二者都和人口学变量显著相关。基于此，建议高职院校加强学生的心理健康教育和心理疏导工作，提高学生的自尊水平，同时减少他们自我妨碍行为的使用，使高职生能有一个健康快乐的大学生活。
