高职生自我妨碍与自尊间关系的统计研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用自我妨碍量表和自尊量表对西安三所高职院校的588名大学生进行测试.运用SPSS11.5对数据进行分析发现:高职生自我妨碍和自尊之间存在高度相关,而且二者都和人口学变量显著相关。基于此,建议高职院校加强学生的心理健康教育和心理疏导工作,提高学生的自尊水平,同时减少他们自我妨碍行为的使用,使高职生能有一个健康快乐的大学生活。
