腹腔镜妇科手术并发症的特点及防治

Characteristics and Prevention of Complications of Laparoscopic Gynecologic Surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜妇科手术并发症的发生特点及防治措施。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年9月～2008年6月共195例腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料,总结腹腔镜妇科手术并发症的发生特点及防治方法。结果195例妇科腹腔镜手术中,10例出现并发症,并发症包括切口血肿和引流口出血2例,会阴部气肿3例,皮肤淤血2例,切口愈合不良3例。结论掌握并发症发生的机制,严格选择手术适应证,是降低并发症、提高手术成功率的关键。

Objective To investigate the causes,management,and prevention of complications in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 195 cases of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery from September 2006 to June 2008 in this hospital. Results Among 195 eases,complications occurred in 10 eases,complications included 2 cases of incision hematoma and drainage bleeding, 3 cases of perineal emphysema,2 cases of skin congestion, 3 cases of abnormal incision healing. Conclusion Mastering the mechanism of complications and choosing operation indications strictly are the key of the prevention of complications and improving the success rate of operation.
