香菇多糖联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical Research of Combined Lentinan for Injection with Chemotherapy on Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的评价香菇多糖注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法70例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,各35例。治疗组应用香菇多糖注射液联合化疗,对照组单纯化疗。2个周期后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率48%,对照组40%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组毒副反应发生率低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined lentinan for injection with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell. Methods 70 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly.35 patients of test group were treated with combination with lentinan for injection and chemotherapy,and 35 patients of control group only received chemotherapy. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 circles. Results The total efficiency rates in two groups were 48% and 40% respectively（P〉 0.05）. The incidence rates of the side effect in test group were lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined lentinan for injection and chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
