摘要
虫草素是蛹虫草的次生代谢产物,具有重要的药用价值,当前主要从蛹虫草子实体中提取。本文提供了一种从蛹虫草子实体生产的副产物——大米培养基中高效提取纯化虫草素的新方法。该方法包括连续逆流提取、732阳离子交换树脂柱层析和结晶三步。对每一步的工艺参数进行了系统优化。用该优化的方法从大米培养基中提取虫草素,虫草素产品的纯度达98.0%以上,产率达66.0%以上。
Cordycepin is an important secondary metabolite of Cordyceps militaris, a traditional Chinese medicinal fungus, and is mainly obtained from fruiting bodies at present. This article presents an efficient method of extracting and purifying cordycepin from rice medium, the waste of fruiting body production. The method included 3 steps: continuous countercurrent extraction, column chromatography with 732 cation exchange resin, and crystallization, and their working parameters were optimized. By use of the optimized method, cordycepin of purity over 98.0% was obtained, with the yield over 66.0%.
