摘要
为探讨胡杨与杨属其他派树种远缘杂交的可行性,该研究以小青杨为母本、胡杨为父本进行人工授粉杂交,发现胡杨花粉能够在小青杨雌蕊柱头上萌发,并最终获得了6株杂交后代。杂种幼苗的生长势强弱差异明显,其叶片均为披针形,与父本胡杨幼苗以及萌条的叶形相似;在SSR标记初步鉴定的基础上,进一步采用AFLP分子标记技术及相应的统计分析,证明父本与母本对子代遗传物质的贡献是等同的,杂交后代是胡杨与小青杨杂交的真杂种。
In order to explore the feasibility of distant hybridization between Populus euphratica Oliv.and other Populus tree species,artificial pollination was performed using P.pseudo-simonii Kitag.as matenal parent and P.euphratica Oliv.as paternal parent.Pollen grains were able to germinate on the stigmas of P.(pseudo-simonii) Kitag.,and six individuals of hybrid were obtained.The growth rate of the hybrid varied significantly among each other.The leaves of all six hybrids were lanceolate,resembling the leaves of seedlings and coppice shoots of the paternal parent.Based on the molecular identification of SSR,analysis of AFLP and related statistics,both parent made equal genetic contribution to their progenies,and the cross progenies were true hybrids of P.pseudo(-)simonii×P.euphratica.
