糖尿病角膜创伤愈合过程中信号通路的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病患者角膜创伤愈合延迟可能与角膜细胞中MAPK信号通路活化、TGF-β信号通路传导减弱、胰岛素信号通路相关基因表达异常及胰岛素受体表达下降有关联。此外,NF-κb炎性通路以及细胞色素C凋亡通路异常激活,也对糖尿病角膜创伤愈合产生不利影响。本文旨在综述糖尿病角膜创伤愈合过程中相关信号通路的研究进展。 Delayed wound healing of diabetic cornea may be associated with the activation of MAPK signal pathway, impaired signal transduction of TGF-β signal pathway, abnormal expression of genes related to insulin signal pathway and reduced expression of insulin receptor. In addition, the activation of NF-Kb and cytochrome C signal pathway also has harmful influence on delayed wound healing. This paper reviews research progress about signal pathway of delayed wound healing in diabetic cornea.
