摘要
目的:鉴于三聚氰胺奶粉事件引起的广泛关注,分析三聚氰胺奶粉致婴幼儿泌尿系统损伤的情况。方法:对因服用含三聚氰胺奶粉的2032例就诊婴幼儿进行尿常规、尿沉渣和肾B超检查。结果:2032例中存在泌尿系统损伤282例,阳性检出率为13.9%。其中血尿140例(占6.9%);B超下单侧或双侧肾脏有结晶的60例(占2.9%);肾盂积水或输尿管扩张的35例(占1.7%);血尿伴单侧或双侧肾脏结晶的23例(占1.1%);血尿伴肾盂积水或输尿管扩张的14例(占0.7%);单侧或双侧肾脏结晶伴积水的10例(占0.5%)。结论:长时间服用含三聚氰胺的奶粉可导致镜下血尿、肾盂积水或输尿管扩张,甚至引起肾功能异常。
Objective: The melamine in milk powder caused wide attention. The mechanism of kidney injury in infants caused by the milk powder containing melamine is explored. Methods:We checked the urine test, urine sediment and kidney ultrasonic B routinely for 2032 patients taking the milk powder containing melamine. Results:The total incidence of injury in urinary system was 13.9% (282 cases). Hematuria was found in 140 patients, accounting for 6.9% of all the patients. The renal ultra-B detection indicated that 60 paients had unilateral or bilateral renal crystallization, accounting for 2.9% of all the patients, 35 paients had hydronephrosis or ureter expansion, accounting for 1.7% of all the patients. 23 patients showed hematuria with unilateral or bilateral renal crystallization, accounting for 1.1% of all the patients. 14 patients showed hematuria with hydronephrosis or ureter expansion, accounting for 0.7% of all the patients. 10 patients showed unilateral or bilateral renal crystallization and hydronephrosis, accounting for 0.5% of all the patients. Conclusion:Long-term feeding of the milk powder containing melamine may cause urine red cell, hydronephrosis or ureter expansion, even renal dysfunction.
