摘要
运用多目标决策与分析方法，提出了企业实施MRPⅡ的可行性评估指标体系，共计6方面、30条指标，并对每项指标的含义及其定量计算方法作了详尽说明，最后给出了实例研究。
Based on the method of multi-objective decision-making and analysis, the evalu-ation index system of the feasibility of MRP Ⅱ for industrial practice is presented in this paper.The system includes 6 areas and 30 indexes. The definition of each index and its quantitativecomputing method are discussed in much detail with the illustration of a case study.
