Lean Model of Vendor Management and Its Application

在比较协配件管理的两种模式的基础上，从协配件产品开发、协配件厂的选择、主机厂与协配厂的关系、协配件管理及协配件的价格等5个方面论述了精益协作配套管理模式的特点，并介绍了该模式在东风汽车公司的应用。

Based on the comparison between the two models of vendor management, thecharacteristics of Lean Model of Vendor Management are introduced from five aspects, namelythe development of vendor, the choice of vendor factory, the relationship between manufactur-er and vendor factory, the management of vendor and the cost of vendor. Finally, the applica-tion of Lean Model of Vendor Management in Dongfeng Motor Corporation is shown.
