摘要
当生产状况不够稳定或未能完成某个指标,而导致此结果的原因有多方面时,可以通过火火观测来量化各个因素的影响,从而解决其中最关键的、影响最大的一个或多个因素。文章介绍了多点观测的具体做法和应用多点观测的实例。
When there are a number of factors that cause unsteady production or fail tomeet a certain target, their inf1uences can be quantified through multi-moment observation,therefore the most significant factor or factors can be traced and disposed of . In this paper, themethod of multi-moment observation is introduced with the examples of application of such ob-servation.
