摘要
利用PC12细胞氧化应激损伤模型,对6种药用真菌的49个脂溶性提取物进行筛选,研究表明,灵芝等药用真菌均具有氧化应激保护作用,其中桑黄和北虫草活性显著。29个样品在5~150mg/L对PC12氧化应激损伤的保护作用呈剂量依赖性增长。药用真菌脂溶性提取物对PC12细胞氧化应激损伤保护作用与药用真菌的种类密切相关,并且药用真菌的不同菌株对PC12细胞氧化应激损伤保护作用也是不同的。
The screening test for 49 lipophilic extracts of 6 medicinal fungi by using the oxidativestress damage model of PC12 cells showed that all the 6 medicinal fungi had a protective role against the oxidative-stress damage. The activities of Phellinus linteus and Cordyceps militaris were significant. The protective effects of the 29 samples between 5-150 mg/L against the oxidative-stress damage presented a dose-dependent growth. The protective effect of lipophilic extracts of medicinal fungi against the oxidative-stess damage in PC12 cells was closely related to the medicinal fungi's species, and different stains of the same medicinal fungus had a different protective effect against the oxida- tive-stress damage.
