摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定苹果及山楂制品中展青霉素残留量,研究表明:展青霉素经乙腈提取、多功能净化柱净化后,采用反相液相色谱柱分离测定,流动相四氢呋喃-水(体积百分比0.8%),流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长276nm。当展青霉素的质量浓度≤1.00mg/L时,与其峰面积之间存在良好线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.999。不同基质样品中添加回收率78%~117%,苹果汁检出限7μg/L,山楂汁检出限8μg/L,山楂片及果酱检出限12μg/kg。
A method of determining patulin residue in apple and hawthorn products was established by HPLC. The patulin in samples was extracted with acetonitrile and purified through multifunctional cleanup column, and then the reversed-phase liquid chromatographic analysis was carried out by using tetrahydrofuran-water (volumetric ratio=0.8%)mobilephase, 1,0 mL/min flow rate and 276 nm detection wavelength. When the patulin concentration was below 1.00 mg/L,there was a good linear relationship between the patulin concentration and the peak area (Correlation coefficient R^2 = 0. 999). Recovery tests for different substrate samples showed that the recovery rate was 78%-117%, and the detection limit was 7 μg/L for apple juice,8 μg/L for hawthorn juice and 12 μg/kg for haw slices and jam.
