上海地区植物新品种DUS测试技术体系的初步构建

Preliminary establishment of DUS testing technique system of new plant varieties in Shanghai area

通过对植物新品种测试新技术的研究,建立了室内测试技术标准及特异性、一致性和稳定性测试(DUS测试)的特异性照片拍摄技术规程;编制了植物新品种DUS测试技术标准的模板,研究并制订了莴苣等4种植物新品种DUS测试技术标准。承担了辣椒、番茄等8个植物种(或属)的新品种DUS测试工作,并建立了上述植物种(或属)的已知品种数据库,初步构建了植物新品种DUS测试技术平台,具备了作为蔬菜、花卉、食用菌等园艺植物的主测单位的技术能力。

The new technologies of testing new plant varieties were researched and the indoor testing technology standard and the regulation of taking specific photos in testing for the distinctness, uniformity and stability （DUS）were established. The template of the DUS testing standard was set up and the DUS testing standards of new varieties of 4 plant species such as lettuce were worked out. The DUS testing work for new varieties of 8 plant species or genera such as hot pepper and tomato was done and the database of the known varieties of the above plant species or genera was constructed, thus preliminarily forming a DUS testing platform of new plant varieties and making the Shanghai Station a principal organization of testing new plant varities in such horticultural plant as vegetables, flowers and edible fungi.
