摘要 以有机食用菌产业相对发达和完善的欧盟和北美地区为例,分析了欧美地区有机食用菌的生产技术标准规程,并重点介绍了加拿大的有机食用菌生产规程。 Taking EU countries and North America area in which organic mushroom industry is relatively developed and improved, this paper compares their technical standards for organic mushroom production and especially highlights the rules in Canada.
